Terms and conditions for business sign up

Advertiser Agrees to pay all fees when due, starting with the annual cost of being featured on the VC web site.

Advertising Rates: A formal written notice of cancellation of your listing is required within 30 days of cancellation. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. This agreement has been made by an individual authorized to legally bind and obligate the above named company.

Payment: Advertiser and agent (if any) each agree to be jointly and severally responsible for full payment therefore in any action brought upon this Agreement, venue shall be proper in Houston, Texas and advertiser and agent expressly waive any objections to venue or personal jurisdiction therein. In the event that payment is not made by Advertiser, in accordance with conditions of this agreemnt, advertiser agrees to pay all legal fees incurred by Value Card LLC to obtain collection.

Conditions: All agreements are subject to acceptance by Value Card LLC. This contract is with Value Card LLC and change of ownership, management or agency will not dissolve agreement obligations.
